A daughter of tomorrow
Tells the story of shocking reality
Holds on the tiny fragile twig, swings it slowly
Describes the zero hours with her lisp words
The bitterness flow through her sharp eyes
Her tiny gesture disputes the destined
Hungers for a sweet pie in the sky
She then gives a greeting, inclines her head and directly speaks to the earth
Inscribes her name on the sand, brisk it with a silent blear
Afterwards,
She lifts her head assured
Smiles slender for a while
And walks burly to catch her mother’s footprints, precisely sniffs the smell of tomorrow.

I adore the "Totto Chan" character. indeed.
